Karl Adlam has a proven track record within the construction management field built by over 15 years of experience with a focus within the Auckland province. This history covers a wide range of industry sectors; inner city multi storey apartment developments, large and small industry warehousing, petro-chemical retailing, supermarket retailing within multiple regional shopping malls, through to scheduled maintenance programmes upon existing developments.

All of Karl's working life has been involved in some way with construction, from joinery apprentice, completing trade qualifications through to obtaining a Bachelor of Construction Management degree.

Through many years construction management practice Karl has developed a wide and thorough understanding of the project procedures within the industry and knows what it takes to deliver completed high quality projects on time, within budget and to the client's satisfaction. Karl's excellent understanding of design & construction detailing enables him to positively question conventional design and suggest alternatives therefore adding value for our clients.

Karl is a team player and has a project management approach that requires from the project team integrity of action and competency of task. Karl is an excellent team builder, communicator, organiser, programmer and problem solver.
